Technology: knowledge, research and development
The entire process is the result of research applied to zinc baths, to the improvement of the intermediate nanoceramic layer and the use of coatings specifically designed for use on galvanized steel. SISTEMA TRIPLEX® is a comprehensive treatment that combines and enhances the corrosion protection performance of hot dip galvanisation with the excellent aesthetic powder coating finish. SISTEMA TRIPLEX® is implemented on semi-automatic technological systems and can be supplied in three different versions: Standard, for industrial environments and for marine or offshore environments.
Maximum protection
The hot dip galvanising process conveys a layer of steel-zinc alloy which radically protects radically the manufactured product, is difficult to scratch, both on the outer and inner surfaces, typical of tube profiles which are impossible to protect using other treatments. The combination with a dedicated coating cycle allows you to create protective systems suitable for all environmental conditions and capable of achieving long-term durability, minimising maintenance operations.Technical Data Sheet
Nanotechnology at work
The three phases that comprise the SISTEMA TRIPLEX® system have been fine-tuned using nanotechnology: a zinc bath specifically designed to be coated, a pretreatment that is perfectly compatibility with zinc alloy and special coatings reformulated for galvanised support. A complete and interconnected cycle during each phase ensures adhesion of the metal coating film. An essential process to achieve excellent finish.
Excellent finish
The powder coating film is characterised by an extensive homogeneity and is the best choice to emphasise the aesthetic features of the manufactured product. The hot dip galvanised surfaces, by request, can undergo mechanical brushing in order to enhance the aesthetic result, with a long-term guarantee thanks to the exclusion of rust appearing on the surface of the manufactured product.
